Young Kuban boxers earned 36 medals at the Southern Federal District championship

Kuban boxers aged 13 to 22 years old earned 36 medals at the Southern Federal District championship. According to the press service of the Krasnodar Territory administration, the athletes brought home 10 gold, 11 silver and 15 bronze awards. The first place winners will qualify for the national championship.
In total, more than 300 young athletes from different cities of the Southern Federal District took part in the competition. The tournament took place in Volgograd.
“Kuban boxers of different ages traditionally perform successfully at competitions at various levels thanks to high-quality training and coaching staff,” emphasized Deputy Governor of the region Alexander Vlasov.
