Chaika will play the fifth match of the series against Loko

Hockey players of the Nizhny Novgorod “Chaika” continue to compete in the playoffs of the Kharlamov Cup of the 2023-2024 season. The team from Nizhny Novgorod is the current holder of the trophy and is performing well this season. Based on the results of 50 matches played in the regular season, Chaika was able to take 4th place in the Golden Division of the Eastern Conference and secured automatic entry into the Kharlamov Cup playoffs. In the elimination matches, Chaika beat Irbis and Mamontov Yugra without any problems, and then faced Yaroslavl Loko.
In the series against Loko, Alexei Isakov’s team started having problems for the first time during the playoffs.
