On August 27-28, in Zelenograd, the Zelenopark shopping center will host the Interregional Workout-2022 Championship, the focus of which will be workout competitions among the best athletes of the city and the country.
This event will appeal not only to workout athletes, but also to all those who like to spend time cheerfully, actively and for the benefit of themselves. At the event, you will find a sea of positive emotions, great music, tons of motivation, unrealistic performances from the strongest athletes in their disciplines, as well as many valuable prizes and gifts!
The organizers are the Steel Brothers Team (Steel Brothers) – an international professional workout team that promotes a sports and healthy lifestyle, as well as the development of the body and spirit.
This year the judging panel will be represented by the legendary Russian workout athletes. Not only a powerful prize fund awaits the winners, but also the opportunity to win a ticket to the final events of CARDO in Belgorod!
On August 27, competitions will be held in three spectacular disciplines for the Steel Brothers Cup:
- Workout Battles is a classic destination for experienced workout athletes!
- Freestylebar is the most charged discipline with dangerous and creative tricks!
- Strong Battles – confrontation of powerful athletes with strength endurance exercises!
Prize fund for semi-finals and finals: 130,000 rubles
On August 28, as part of the qualifying stage of the CARDO contest-award in the Central Federal District, the TOP-3 will be selected, who will win a ticket to the finals:
- Workout Absolute is a classic format of individual performances, where athletes can perform various combinations of static and dynamic elements on horizontal bars, parallel bars, on the floor and other site structures.
