The Moscow company Grillvett, which specializes in the production of equipment for cooking on fire, has expanded its range. Now she will make pizza ovens.
“After the exit of foreign companies supplying specialized pizza ovens from the Russian market, the niche of this segment has become vacant, and the restaurant business has a need for professional equipment,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department.
He clarified that the capital company, which has been producing catering equipment since 2013, has launched mass production of professional dome-type wood-fired pizza ovens. The first batch of 20 products has already been delivered to the kitchens of Russian cafes and restaurants. It should be noted that the company’s products are in demand not only in the Russian market – the goods are actively exported to many countries.
New furnaces are 100% made of domestic components. They meet all standards for cooking pizza and other dishes. The oven can be heated up to 450 degrees Celsius.
According to Evgeniy Shpakov, Development Director of the company, the distinguishing feature of the furnace is its high heat accumulation. At the beginning of the next working day, it maintains a temperature of 150-180 degrees in the working area, which reduces costs and increases the efficiency of the workflow.
