The Moscow enterprise, which is one of the country’s leading producers of semi-finished meat products and sausages, is expanding its product line. Now the capital will be engaged in mass production of a new variety of boiled sausage. In addition, the assortment of the enterprise will include meat protein bars, necessary for a sports diet.
“The capital’s industrialists support modern trends in a healthy lifestyle and produce healthy products that meet consumer requirements. For example, Dymov, a meat manufacturer in Moscow, has expanded its product line and started producing sports bars containing meat, berries and spices,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department.
The Head of the Department added that the novelty has no analogues in Russia. According to plans, the enterprise will produce more than 100 tons of this product every year.
Bars contain a large amount of protein. They are suitable for those who are actively involved in sports or like long hikes. At the same time, snacks are produced without added sugar.
The product line has been replenished with five items of Doktorskaya GOST sausage. Depending on the type, its shell will be made of bung, modern polyamide or protein shell.
It should be noted that the favorable investment climate in the capital and the support of the city contribute to the development of enterprises in Moscow.
