A video is gaining popularity on social networks, which shows how the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko “froze” during a conversation with journalists of the Kiev24 TV channel.
Klitschko gave an interview in the Kiev metro, which was recently flooded.
“To summarize, we can say that now, for security reasons…” Klitschko said, and then fell silent for 12 seconds.
Earlier it became known about erosion and the appearance of water on the rails on the section of the Kyiv metro between the Teremki and Demievskaya stations. At the same time, the Kyiv administration stated that this could have happened due to a violation of safety regulations during the construction of the tunnel. Officials also warned that due to the uneven load, there was a risk of the subway tunnels losing stability.
Later it became known that due to the flooding of the Kyiv metro, a meeting of the state commission would be held in Ukraine with the participation of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Internal Affairs. For security reasons, six Kyiv metro stations in the southern part of the blue line are closed. The movement of duplicate routes of ground public transport has been organized.
