“On Monday afternoon there will be a sharp rise in temperature. It will rise to 1-3 degrees Celsius,” the forecaster said.
He stressed that no significant precipitation is expected on Monday, but there will be ice and wet snow sticking. Vilfand added that on Tuesday, February 14, the air temperature will drop to 0-5 degrees below zero.
The head of the Hydrometeorological Center also noted that on February 17 and 18, an even greater decrease in air temperature is expected, the thermometer can drop to 13 degrees below zero.
