Vice Mayor Yefimov: investors will receive 15 land plots for the implementation of MaIP

Investors have received 15 land plots for rent without auction since the beginning of the year. They will build production within the framework of MaIP.

“The city will give over 116 hectares of land to investors for the implementation of large-scale investment projects. As a result, 15 enterprises will appear in the capital – factories for the manufacture of electronics, furniture, clothing, packaging, polyurethane foam products, building materials, spices and meat products, as well as a logistics center, a technology park, and an industrial cluster. The total investment will be about 60 billion rubles. Thanks to their implementation, almost 11.5 thousand new jobs will appear in the capital,” said Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Moscow Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations.

“Concrete production will appear in Southern Tushino, complexes for the production of building materials from wood will appear in New Moscow and the Vykhino-Zhulebino region, and enterprises for the production of building materials of wide application will appear in Zelenograd. Six projects, in the implementation of which almost 17 billion rubles will be invested, will give the city over 1.9 thousand jobs,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Investment and Industrial Policy Department.

“The largest amount of land – almost 80 hectares – is provided for three future enterprises outside the Moscow Ring Road. The largest one is located in Zelenograd,” said Maksim Gaman, head of the DGI.
