Three land plots without bidding will be allocated by the city for the implementation of large-scale investment projects. Thus, plants for the production of overalls, packaging, equipment for the production of polyurethane foam will appear in the capital.
“For the construction of new production facilities with a total area of 40.5 thousand square meters, the city will allocate to investors three land plots covering an area of 3.5 hectares. The planned volume of investments in the implementation of these MaIPs is almost 3 billion rubles. About 700 people will be able to work at the new enterprises,” said Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Moscow Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations.
A plant for the production of equipment for the production of polyurethane foam will be built in the Kuryanovo industrial zone. An enterprise for the production of packaging will be built in Penyagino. In total, 90 new jobs will appear there.
“A factory for sewing overalls will be built in the Altufevsky district. In addition to uniforms, the company will produce a wide range of leather and fur clothing. Thanks to the implementation of the project, more than 500 new jobs will appear in the city,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Investment and Industrial Policy Department.
“The city will allocate 2.4 hectares of land in the communal zone Penyagino, the plant will be located on the territory of 0.6 hectares in the Kuryanovo industrial zone, and a plot of 0.5 hectares has been allocated for the factory on Altufevskoye Highway,” said Maxim Gaman, head of the DGI.
