Former editor-in-chief of “Echo of Moscow” Alexey Venediktov (recognized as a foreign agent in Russia) removed the presenter Lisa Lazerson from broadcasting his YouTube channel “Living Nail” for an anti-Semitic joke. He wrote about this in his Telegram channel.
According to him, Lazerson has been suspended from broadcasting for two months, almost until the end of 2023.
Let us remind you that the presenter, during a joint stream with Venediktov, where they collected donations to support the editors, told a “anecdote” about dead Jewish babies. She later apologized and made the excuse that it was supposed to be “banter at anti-Semitism.” Venediktov also apologized, according to him, during the broadcast he did not react to this in any way, because he decided that he had heard it. He noted that the TV presenter herself is Jewish.
