Ukrainian police expelled an Orthodox priest from the church during a service

The police kicked out a priest of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) during a service in a church in the Chernivtsi region. This was stated in the information and educational department of the UOC.
“Chernivtsi region, the village of Babin. The police are pushing a 65-year-old priest of the Kelmenets district out of his temple during the sacrament,” the report says.
They added that one of the police officers who was dragging Archpriest John Protsyuk shouted: “Stop committing offenses.” It is noted that law enforcement agencies came to the temple to transfer it to the “Orthodox Church of Ukraine” (OCU).
Earlier it was reported that the monks of the UOC were ordered to leave the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra until March 29.
