The court fined the defendants in the case 250 and 300 thousand rubles for a fight on the Irkutsk-Moscow plane, the press service of the Syktyvkar City Court reported.
According to the department, the court found two participants in the fight guilty under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Hooliganism committed by a group of persons.” He also awarded each person compensation for causing moral damage to the victim in the amount of 250 and 300 thousand rubles.
Earlier it became known about an incident that occurred on October 30 on board the Irkutsk-Moscow flight. The plane was forced to make an emergency landing at Syktyvkar airport due to a fight that broke out in the cabin of the aircraft. During the investigation, the court took into custody two residents of the Yamalo-Nenets District.
