The court sentenced three Stopkham activists to six years in prison for a fight with Grom special forces.
The Babushkinsky Court of Moscow sentenced three activists of the Stopkham movement to six years in prison each for attacking members of the Grom special forces unit. This was reported by representatives of the court’s press service.
It is noted that Kirill Bunin, Kirill Kotov and Alexey Gorbachevsky were found guilty of using violence against a government official (Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), as well as hooliganism committed by a group of persons (Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The court sentenced them to imprisonment for a period of six years each. The press service clarified that the convicts will serve their sentences in a general regime colony.
Previously, the prosecutor demanded that the activists be sentenced to exactly this term.
