The ski season opened in the Ivanovo region in late November. Three ski resorts are already welcoming their first skiers, the Center for Tourism and Hospitality of the Ivanovo Region reported.
- “Milovka” is considered one of the best ski resorts in the Central Federal District and the Volga region. One slope is already working here, the second slope is being prepared and may open this coming weekend. There is a snow tubing track equipped with a lift. The ski slope in the forest is illuminated with lanterns.
- Ski complex “Black Mountain” in Belyanitsy. There is a sports ski group for children from five years old. And experienced adult athletes can enroll in the freestyle skiing group.
- Ski slope of the Semigorye hotel in the Vichugsky district. The peculiarity of the slope is that at different heights it has different angles of inclination. Thus, skiers with different levels of experience can ski on the slope. The steep upper part of the slope is suitable for professionals, the lower part for beginner skiers. And the flat area in the middle of the slope will be a great place for beginners who are starting to ski for the first time. And from the slope there is a magnificent view of the Volga.
The Olimp recreation center in the village of Krivtsovo is perfect for cheesecake riding. But the season is not yet open here: there is not enough snow yet.
