Most often, people aged 20 to 30 are interested in contract service. This was reported to journalists by the volunteer of the Moscow single capital center for selection for contract service Polina Persidskikh.
“Our task is to inform citizens of the Russian Federation and foreigners about contract service in the Russian army. People often come up, are interested and ask, ”the girl said.
She also noted that, based on work experience, most often citizens are interested in from what and until what age they can sign a contract, whether foreigners are hired, for how long a contract is concluded, what kind of material support, and also where they can turn for clarification of information.
According to Persidsky, not only people aged 20-30 come to the center, but also elderly people. The volunteer said that a grandmother might even come up and ask for leaflets to take them to her grandson, who is graduating from the cadet corps.
According to Georgy Levchenko, a volunteer at the Center for the Selection of Voluntary Service under a Contract, there are often cases when former military men come up to express gratitude for their activities.
