First of all, the coaching staff of the youth team restored the physical condition of the players, which had suffered after a long vacation. “Textilshchik-m” started playing and tactical exercises only in February, when a group of football players, who were under the supervision of Igor Kolyvanov, returned from the base location.
On February 24, the youth team of Ivanovo Tekstilshchik will play a test match. The young football players of Tekstilshchik are repeating the basics and will test their strength against the opponents playing in Group No. 2 of the Second League “B”. FC “Znamya Truda” from Orekhovo-Zuevo will come to Ivanovo. The oldest club in Russia has not been performing very well lately and does not pretend to great success. Tekstilshchik’s youth team has something to show their opponents from Orekhovo-Zuevo, who cannot be called clear favorites of the meeting.
A friendly match between the Tekstilshchik youth team and FC Znamya Truda will take place on February 24. The meeting will take place at the Tekstilshchik stadium and will begin at 13:00 Moscow time.
