Quite recently, the training process began for the youth team of the Ivanovo “Textilshchik”, which during the 2023 season delighted its fans and was among the winners in all the tournaments where it took part. If at the level of the Ivanovo Region Championship the youth team of Tekstilshchik has long been considered a top club, then at the All-Russian Arena the red-blacks have to prove their worth every match. According to the results of the Golden Ring Championship of the 2023 season, the youth team of Tekstilshchik took 3rd place, behind rivals from Cherepovets and the Kirov region.
On February 23, information about the participants in the Golden Ring Championship of the 2024 season appeared on the social networks of the youth team of the Ivanovo “Textilshchik”. All the heroes of the previous championship, who are well known to the young football players from the Tekstilshchik system, are in place. 11 teams will compete for victory in the Golden Ring Championship in the 2024 season. Last year’s championship from Kirovo-Chepetsk also retained its place in the league. Earlier it was reported that the leadership of KSSS refused to move to the Second League “B”, although the club was confidently moving towards obtaining professional status.
The start of the championship is scheduled for April-May 2024, and the last rounds will take place in October-November.
