The Marathon-Tula racers came second after the Belarusians in the first ever International Future Games competition in Kazan. Tula scored 469 points.

Governor Alexey Dyumin congratulated the cyclists on their victory, noting that silver in the first ever Future Games is an important achievement and a significant contribution to the development and promotion of new formats of sports competitions.

Participants competed in virtual and physical reality simultaneously. 12 teams from France, Italy, Argentina, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Brazil, Spain and Portugal took part in the tournament.

The winners were determined based on the results of the 1000m race, scratch, elimination race and criterium.
