The second stage of the Soft Skills 2035 leadership triathlon championship among schoolchildren has started in Moscow, in which almost 500 teenagers take part. The competition will run until March 15th.
As part of the competition, the guys, united in teams, will “finish” the projects that were proposed during the first stage of the championship, in particular, create projects to develop a comfortable urban environment, look for options to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities, draw up resumes, offer original solving cases in the field of business and communications from recruiting companies, generating innovative ideas. The winners and prize-winners of the previous seasons of the championship will become the mentors of the teams. Some of these guys have already become university students, some of them are finishing their studies at school this year.
According to Anton Marko, deputy director of the City Methodological Center, the participants of the Soft Skills 2035 championship will not only be able to prove themselves and reveal their talents, but also gain practical experience in solving the most unusual tasks.
“Experts will help children acquire all the necessary competencies in the field of business and communication,” Anton Marko specified.
