The rental market is not so quick to respond to the news agenda, and it is influenced by completely different things than drone flights.

As a rule, either bankrupts or those who move to live in another country get rid of luxury apartments. Last year, there was indeed a massive outflow of tenants. There is nothing like it on the horizon right now. People are wondering if the living space has been vacated, and even there are no signs of this.

After a serious shocking event, especially a series of events, at some point it becomes all the same to everyone what will happen next. The psyche is closed, thus protecting the person. It seems that we just fell out of reality and stopped believing that this is happening to us. People are such creatures that they get used to everything …

And you don’t even know if it’s stupidity or courage? On the other hand, when you don’t understand what to be afraid of and from which side, when danger can come from everywhere and in any form, is there any point in being afraid at all? The body will not store adrenaline.

All Russian culture, in fact, is about this, about inevitability and predestination. Proverbs, sayings, books, films. This is what the classics teach. This is taught from childhood. We live in an environment of what to be, what cannot be avoided. God will not give out, the pig will not eat. Be afraid of wolves, do not go into the forest. Who does not take risks does not drink champagne. Most often carries. But sometimes not. And who is to blame? What to do? Makeweight two eternal national question.

– Our compatriots are like small children who are not responsible for what is happening, cannot control the world around them, and therefore give themselves up to chance. Irresponsibility leads to the fact that people endanger themselves and take someone else’s ready-made decisions in order not to be responsible for their own. In fact, many of the problems that we are now facing are from this.
