A resident of Chelyabinsk received 9 years for the murder and dismemberment of her partner’s body
The court sentenced a resident of Chelyabinsk to 9 years in prison for killing her partner and storing his remains on the balcony. About it reported regional prosecutor’s office.
As it became known to the investigation, the crime occurred in the defendant’s apartment on Petya Kalmykova Street. An intoxicated woman quarreled with her partner; as a result of the conflict, she took a hammer and struck him on the head at least 16 times. The man died on the spot from his injuries.
Afterwards, in order to hide traces of the crime, the woman dismembered the corpse and stored the body parts on the balcony of the apartment until they were discovered by the police.
The court found the woman guilty under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Murder” and sentenced her to 9 years in prison to be served in a general regime colony. The defendant is also obliged to pay compensation in the amount of 1.5 million rubles to the mother of the deceased.
