The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation recognized the activities of the international non-governmental organization Transparency International as undesirable in Russia.
In the message on the website of the Prosecutor General’s Office noted that formally the organization stands for the fight against corruption, but in reality it interferes in the internal affairs of Russia. “This poses a threat to the foundations of the constitutional order and the security of the Russian Federation,” the report says. It was found that the activities of Transparency International “clearly go beyond the declared goals and objectives.”
