The place and time of Vasily Utkin’s funeral have been announced

Sports journalist, commentator, television and radio broadcast host Vasily Utkin will be buried in Balashikha at the Nikolsko-Trubetskoy municipal cemetery at the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. This was reported on Thursday, March 21, at the Egrisi football club, which belonged to the deceased.
As specified in the club’s Telegram channel, the funeral will take place on March 23 from 16:00 to 17:00. Journalists are asked not to come to the cemetery, as this is the wish of Vasily Utkin’s family and friends.
Before the funeral, a farewell ceremony will be held, which will also be attended by members of the media. At the Central Clinical Hospital under the President of Russia on Marshal Timoshenko Street in Moscow, on March 23 from 11:00 to 12:00, relatives, friends and colleagues will say goodbye to Vasily Utkin, and from 12:00 to 14:00 anyone can do so.
Representatives of “Egrisi” assured that if the allotted two hours are not enough for everyone who wants to pay tribute to their beloved commentator, the farewell ceremony will be extended.
Meanwhile, Vasily Utkin’s football club continues to fulfill his commandment “Play football!” On Sunday, March 24, Egrisi will play in the seventh round of the LFL against the City Sitesing team. The game will start at 15:10 at the Medvedkovo stadium. Anyone can cheer for Vasily Utkin’s club.
