Governor of the Oryol Region Andrey Klychkov during a direct ether in VKontakte, responding to complaints about the quality of the uniforms of the mobilized, he offered the dissatisfied to buy it on their own.

On the eve of the broadcast, several videos were published on social networks, in which men who introduced themselves as mobilized from the Oryol region showed how easily backpacks were torn and knives handed over to them by the authorities were broken. Mr. Klychkov’s subscribers asked him several times why the military received poor quality items.

At the beginning of the broadcast, the governor was restrained. He explained that he had seen the video: “I have little idea that the things that they gave me, after drinking, I began to vomit, and then tell how bad it all was. I don’t know what they tore, but it’s on the conscience of those who did it.” Andrei Klychkov said that the authorities had prepared a reserve and would change everything that was torn.

By the middle of the broadcast, after several questions about the “deshman” uniforms, the head of the region spoke more sharply: “We bought to the maximum that was. There was nothing else. Tens of millions of rubles were spent. If someone doesn’t like it, buy it yourself. You can’t please everyone, I guess. I know that now “unloading” (unloading vest.— “b”) bought a good one. But then again, there will be someone who will say that there are not enough pockets, something else is missing, the color is not right.

At the end of the almost 20-minute broadcast, Mr. Klychkov again returned to the issue of uniforms for the mobilized. He noted that he had seen a video of soldiers breaking a knife. “Why break it? Explain. I can now tear my tie and shirt and say that my shirt is bad. What I could buy for myself is what I have,” said Mr. Klychkov.

In his Telegram channel, Andrei Klychkov regularly reports on parcels for those mobilized from the region. Today he told about a package for the 10th tank regiment, which included heat guns, diesel generators, a quadrocopter, thermal imagers, walkie-talkies, flashlights, tactical gloves, medicines, gas cylinders, night vision video surveillance systems, camouflage nets, potbelly stoves, shovels and chainsaws.
