The Ombudsman suggested that the girl who carried out the school shooting was giving signals

Before you arrange school shooting, the Bryansk eighth-grader probably gave SOS signals, says Ksenia Mishonova, Commissioner for Children’s Rights in the Moscow Region. On the radio “TVNZ” she stated that she felt sorry for the girl who committed this act.

“Something has definitely brought her here and we need to look for the reason. If this is a conflict, humiliation, then at this very sensitive age this is especially acute for teenagers. Question: “Who didn’t watch it?” I am sure that the girl gave SOS signals,” said the children’s ombudsman.

According to Mishonova, in situations where a child “is up to something bad,” his behavior changes: he stops going to school, quarrels with classmates, and is not friends with anyone.

The Commissioner for Human Rights noted that in schools there are psychologists, teachers and class teachers who receive additional payments and bonuses for increased attention, long working hours and for keeping an eye on each child. Both parents and teachers had to work on the conflict, Mishonova said.

“It happens that teachers try not to pay attention, or they think, they say, let the children figure it out themselves. So they won’t figure it out for sure on their own; they need help to do it. Because different upbringing environments, different families, different approaches to conflict and aggression,” the ombudsman is sure.

Let us remind you that an eighth-grader from an educational institution opened fire in one of the schools. As a result of the incident, they died two people, five were injured.
