The names of the winners of the track and field cross-country race in Ustyansk Malinovka have become known. This is the representative of the Arkhangelsk region Alina Pekletsova and the athlete of the Nizhny Novgorod region and the Republic of Mordovia Sergei Sharov. This was reported by the regional Ministry of Sports. On the final day of competition, an athletics cross-country race took place in Malinovka. 68 female skiers and 82 cross-country skiers took part in it.
The women’s distance was five kilometers, the men’s – eight. The representative of the Arkhangelsk region, Alina Pekletsova, again rose to the highest step of the podium. At a distance of five kilometers, she showed the best time – 18 minutes 03.9 seconds.
Representatives of the Republic of Tatarstan – Daria Nepryaeva and Lidia Gorbunova – won silver and bronze.
In the cross-country among men, Sergei Sharov, representing the Nizhny Novgorod region and the Republic of Mordovia, won with a result of 26 minutes 41.4 seconds. In second place is the representative of Moscow and the Orenburg region Ilya Tregubov, in third place is Stanislav Egorov from the Republic of Mari El.
Severodvinsk resident Alexey Shemyakin is in ninth place.
