We asked experts to comment on the reasons for the possible appearance of this spot.

In fact, this is not the only photo in which Elizabeth is captured with such a strange mark. In 2019, Queen Elizabeth II received King Abdullah II of Jordan and his wife Queen Rania at Buckingham Palace, who arrived in London on a visit. On the Buckingham Palace Twitter page, a picture was published in which Elizabeth in a white dress poses for the camera along with guests and her only daughter, Princess Anne. The queen’s loyal subjects were shocked by the state of her left hand. In the picture, she was some incredible black and purple hue.

“God… Looks like Her Majesty hurt her hand… I hope it heals quickly,” one user commented on the visit. Some suggested that the queen was hit, accidentally burned, or had huge vascular problems. And some even frightened the public with thoughts in the spirit of “isn’t it gangrene, isn’t it oncology?”

At the same time, phlebologist surgeons suggested that it could be an injury. It is possible that the queen simply stumbled and hit her hand.

“If this spot appeared a long time ago, at least six months ago, then it would be possible to assume without ultrasound that gangrene is beginning,” the experts concluded.

Well, how can this be? Didn’t follow? Yet the first person in the state!

Since the queen lived with a black spot for another three years, it is clear that it was not about gangrene. They also talked about the advanced form of atherosclerosis.

“The bruise is okay, look at the last photo, what’s with the fingers – they are completely white, apparently, the queen had no blood supply in the last days of her life,” one of the Russian experts agreed to anonymously express his point of view. – By the nature of the stain, it is clear that, most likely, it is from a catheter. Apparently, life in Elizabeth has long been supported by potent drugs. She was constantly on drips.

Scientifically: she had a high permeability of the walls of the venous vessels, the vessels are very fragile. And here is the result. Naturally, the queen did not die because of this. It’s just time.”

How did Elizabeth manage to hide this defect from the subjects? After all, rumors about the spot and its connection with the death of the queen have only just begun to spread.

Everything is very simple. For almost all seventy years of her reign, Elizabeth wore white cotton gloves with velour-like processing in public. Few could see her bare fingers.

Elizabeth II has to meet with a lot of people, constantly greet them and shake hands. The gloves were designed to protect the queen from germs and other potential dangers, because Her Majesty simply did not have time to get sick.

According to experts, over the decades, Elizabeth has changed at least a hundred pairs of gloves. Actually, it’s not that much.

And some of them she carefully kept for 40 years. To journalists, the manufacturer of royal gloves (there is a whole dynasty of them!) once exclusively reported: “I think that members of the royal family want to be considered frugal, and not spending large sums on such things.”

Nevertheless, the signature image of the queen is “it is a hand raised in greeting in a white glove”, she will forever be remembered by them, and not by a bent and almost incorporeal old woman in her last picture.
