The functionality of the electronic medical record has been expanded in Moscow. Now teenagers over 15 years old can enter data about their health into it.
Previously, only adult Muscovites could enter data on their medical history, on the results of studies conducted in medical institutions not connected to EMIAS, on injuries, operations and other factors important for assessing a patient’s health.
Now such information in the “My data” section of your electronic medical record can be provided independently from the age of 15. This was announced on the official site mayor of Moscow.
Muscovites were also reminded that since June of this year, parents can enter information about their allergies into the electronic medical records of their children. This is very important information for doctors, especially if the child urgently needs medical attention.
All information available in the electronic medical record is available to doctors of medical institutions connected to the EMIAS system. It greatly facilitates the diagnosis and timely appointment of the necessary treatment.
