More than 2.8 thousand tons of pancake dough in 2023 were kneaded by the production and distribution workshop of the Teremok company for its restaurant chain in Moscow. “The capital’s producers of prepared food products supply products to large retail chains, online grocery ordering services, transport companies and others. The city promotes the development of industry enterprises by providing them with comprehensive support,” said Daria Stepanova, deputy head of the city Department of Investment and Industrial Policy. She emphasized that the Moscow Fund for the Support of Industry and Entrepreneurship plays an important role in this. He provides financial assistance to businesses. Stepanova gave the example of a ready-made food products enterprise, which last year received 50 million rubles from the Fund and purchased new domestically produced equipment. This event also helped the company produce more than 2.8 thousand tons of pancake dough in a year. The capital’s chain of Russian restaurants used it to make more than 28 million pancakes. In total, over the past year, more than 15 thousand tons of products were prepared in the technically updated workshop. In addition to the dough, there is also a filling, a base for soups, preparations for salads and main courses.
According to the founder and manager of the restaurant chain, Mikhail Goncharov, in order to ensure the quality of dishes and adherence to recipes, the company cooks on high-tech, specially designed Russian equipment.
