The Russian Ministry of Justice included in the list of foreign agents actor Anatoly Bely (real name Vaisman), former chief editor of Chita.ru and ex-editor-in-chief of Krasnoyarsk NGS24.ru and Novosibirsk NGS.ru Andrei Zatirko, municipal deputy of the Novosibirsk City Council Helga Pirogova, editor-in-chief of the publication “Caucasian Knot” (included in the register of foreign agents) Grigory Shvedov and head of the “Civil Council” (declared an undesirable organization) Denis Sokolov.
Grounds for inclusion in the register of foreign agents, according to message Ministry of Justice:
Anatoly Vaisman participated in the creation of materials by foreign agents, opposed Russia’s military operation on the territory of Ukraine, disseminated “unreliable information” about decisions of Russian authorities, was a respondent on information platforms provided by foreign structures, organized and participated in raising money in support of the armed forces of Ukraine. Lives outside of Russia;
Andrey Zatirko participated in the creation and dissemination of materials by foreign agents, opposed Russia’s military operation on the territory of Ukraine, formed a negative image of the Russian Federation, disseminated “unreliable information” about the decisions of Russian authorities, and is an employee of a publication declared a foreign agent. Lives outside of Russia;
