In January 2023, the founder of the punk band Ilya Prusikin* was recognized as a foreign agent. Members of the Bi-2 group refused to perform in Omsk in 2022 because of a patriotic banner on stage. After that, they postponed concerts from Russia indefinitely and announced that they would go on an overseas tour. The soloist of the group Yegor Bortnik, known as “Leva Bi-2”, insulted his fans on social networks on May 9 and said that Russia had crossed out all its achievements. Then he added that he was not going to return to our country, however, after a while he deleted this post. The singer also allowed himself impartial remarks about the Russians. After all the antics of Bortnik, representatives of the Veterans of Russia movement asked the Ministry of Justice to recognize the artist as a foreign agent.
