Earlier, blogger Elena Blinovskaya was detained for non-payment of taxes in the amount of 918 million rubles, and a criminal case was opened against her husband for the same reason.

Now the tax authorities have taken on Nastya Ivleeva, who earned $2.7 million in 2021. According to some Telegram channels, companies that ordered services from the girl’s firms in the period from 2020 to 2022 must provide all concluded contracts within ten days, as well as acts of acceptance and transfer of services, business correspondence, invoices for payment and other necessary documents .

Lawyer Timur Matveev told about what such actions mean, the website reports. KP.RU.

“As a rule, such letters indicate that the tax authority is quite seriously interested in the organization and is conducting an audit, which, in fact, is not some ordinary fact,” the human rights activist said.

He stressed that the inspectors see that the transaction took place, but taxes to the state budget were not paid. As a result, according to him, after all the necessary documents are collected, it will be decided whether there are grounds for an on-site inspection, additional taxes and other actions.

The Federal Tax Service wanted to know why the partner firms paid money to Ivleeva Production LLC and IP Uzenyuk (Ivleeva’s real name, which remained after the divorce). It is noted that if all partner firms can confirm the reality of the services provided by Ivleeva’s firms, and the cost is justified, then the tax authorities will have no questions.

According to KP.RU, a few days after the tax audit is underway, the blogger managed to re-register her company to the manager Anna Samakova: since April 14, Ivleeva has nothing to do with this company, but this does not remove responsibility for violations, since the Federal Tax Service checks the entire period when Ivleeva was “at the helm” of the company.
