The lawyer announced the closure of the criminal case against blogger Valeria Chekalina and her husband Artem.
According to lawyer Konstantin Tretyakov, the Main Investigation Department of the RF IC has completely dropped the case that was initiated against the Chekalins in March last year.
Due to the lack of evidence of a crime, the case was closed on March 1, 2024, and the arrest was lifted from the accounts and property of the spouses, the defense lawyer noted.
