Parents are preparing a collective complaint

The doors of the Moscow kindergarten on Voikovskaya Street have been reopened, seven of whose pupils were taken to the police station on the afternoon of November 8. The children’s parents are preparing a collective complaint to the Investigative Committee and the prosecutor’s office.

As MK learned, on the morning of November 9, the home kindergarten again opened its doors to its pupils, who had succumbed to extreme stress the day before (on the eve of seven children, for inexplicable reasons, security forces taken to the department).

Juvenile affairs inspectors were present at the opening of the kindergarten and observed what was happening. Journalists from various TV channels also arrived.

The founder of the kindergarten network, Ivan Sorokin, commented on the current situation.

– The garden continues to work. The police did not stop our activities. We continue to provide child care and supervision. Parents and children experienced a psychologically difficult experience of what happened, so we provided a psychologist so that a specialist could help cope with their experiences.

According to Sorokin, after various articles were published in the media, unknown people began calling parents using the services of the kindergarten and psychologically influencing them.

– On November 8, when we left the police station, we were not provided with any documents about the inspection or violations. Moreover, children who were not even six years old were put into cars not equipped for small children, in which criminals are transported, and taken away.

Police officers moved children unsafely, without special chairs. The youngest child is 1 year and 8 months. What if an accident happened?

The security forces took a big risk and acted unlawfully. The children were simply kept in the department for three hours without food or water. Law enforcement officers didn’t even open any administrative case, they didn’t even issue a fine, which once again proves that we didn’t violate anything.

Parents and employees plan to collect collective claims and send them for consideration to the Investigative Committee and the prosecutor’s office.
