The head of the Millerovsky district of the Rostov region explained the reason for the hotel’s refusal to accommodate participants in the special military operation. According to Oleg Kovalenko, this happened due to lack of confirmation of the reservation.
The official said in his Telegram channel that there was no suitable room there to accommodate the three men.
Earlier, regional media reported that the Dobrynya hotel near Rostov refused to accommodate military personnel who were returning from vacation to the Northern Military District zone. A room was allegedly reserved for them, but when the military arrived at the hotel, they were not allowed into its territory.
The head of the district said that the hotel room was booked by a woman, but the men who arrived could not confirm the reservation. The woman explained in a telephone conversation that the men arrived at her request, but she herself would not come
Kovalenko clarified that the woman was refunded the payment for the reserved room.
