The Russian government supported a bill prohibiting the collection of payments for SVO in bankruptcy

The Russian government has supported a bill that would prohibit the collection of payments for participation in SVO in Ukraine as part of bankruptcy proceedings. The authors of the document were the first deputy head of the United Russia faction, Dmitry Vyatkin, and the first deputy chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building, Irina Rukavishnikova.

According to the document, it is proposed to give the government the authority to establish a list of monetary payments that are not subject to inclusion in the bankruptcy estate in bankruptcy.

The government also clarified that in order to eliminate the risk of foreclosure on payments that are associated with the participation of citizens in a special operation, it is necessary to ensure compliance with the requirements for indicating the type of income code in payment documents in the manner prescribed by the regulation of the Central Bank of Russia “On the rules for transferring funds.”
