According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, difficult flood conditions has developed in the Orenburg, Kurgan and Tyumen regions. On April 5, as a result of powerful floods, the Ural River broke a dam and flooded several districts of the Orenburg city of Orsk; regional authorities declared a federal emergency. Yesterday, April 8, in the Tyumen region also introduced state of emergency due to the risk of floods.
