FSB: security forces identified 134 underground gunsmiths in 48 regions in January-February
During the period from January to February, the Federal Security Service (FSB), together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian National Guard, identified 134 black gunsmiths and 28 underground workshops for the production of weapons in 48 regions. This was reported by the Public Relations Center (PSC) of the FSB of Russia.
They also noted that as a result of operational activities, 562 firearms were seized, including foreign ones.
It is specified that the security forces seized 74 machine guns, 88 machine guns, 156 submachine guns, 136 rifles, carbines and shotguns, 108 pistols and revolvers, as well as 11 grenade launchers and flamethrowers, 45 mines of various types, over 30 kg of explosives and more than 80 thousand rounds of ammunition various calibers
