The agency, which has Mr. Morozov’s claim, clarifies that in the complaint against the singer, in addition to the Pussy Boy song, the plaintiff mentioned 24 YouTube channels with interviews and clips of Yegor Creed. The activist claims that the listed video materials insulted his feelings and dignity, RIA Novosti reports.
The lawsuit states that the obscene language used by the singer “dirty, defames and insults the religious feelings of the plaintiff, defames the Russian language, native speakers of the Russian language,” and also violates Mr. Morozov’s rights to a favorable information environment. It is reported that in addition to Yegor Creed, Google LLC and ML Genius Holdings LLC, on whose resources video and audio materials with the singer were distributed, are listed as defendants.
