The lawsuit states that the obscene language used by the singer “dirty, defames and insults the religious feelings of the plaintiff, defames the Russian language, native speakers of the Russian language,” and also violates Mr. Morozov’s rights to a favorable information environment. It is reported that in addition to Yegor Creed, Google LLC and ML Genius Holdings LLC, on whose resources video and audio materials with the singer were distributed, are listed as defendants.
