New passions around the high-profile parting of the infamous footballer Pavel Mamaev and his wife can flare up due to the next legal battles between Alana and Pavel. The woman, apparently, was not satisfied with the recent division of property and again turned to justice.

Just a couple of weeks ago, the Presnensky District Court of Moscow finally put an end to the division of the property of Alana and Pavel Mamaev. Themis left the woman an apartment in the center of the capital, a parking space and a Bentley. After that, she owed three million rubles to her ex-husband, who, with such a division, kept his accounts intact. Mamaeva refused a number of demands in the process.

As MK managed to find out, this time the ex-wife of the football player immediately filed two lawsuits with the Trinity and Khamovnichesky courts. In the first case, Alana Mamaeva is trying to challenge the marriage contract, and in the second, to sue the property, which de facto belongs to Pavel’s mother, Olga Yurievna.

The representative of the defendant, lawyer Yevgenia Vekina, explained to MK that she and Pavel Mamaev consider such actions of his ex-wife to be PR campaigns.

“The subject of the claim in the Khamovnichesky court is the plaintiff’s claims to non-residential premises (apartments) the legal owner of which is the mother of my principal Olga Yuryevna (she is Pavel’s co-defendant in the lawsuit in the Khamovnichesky court). She inherited it from her husband, a wealthy businessman.

During the period when Alana and Pavel were married, his dad bought this room at his own expense under a share agreement in the construction of an apartment building. According to Alana, the property was purchased from their jointly acquired funds with Pavel. Which is very strange, since the same funds were the subject of a dispute in the Presnensky Court, the issue has been resolved.

Indeed, according to the law, no one will forbid Alana Mamaeva to go to court. It is known about another lawsuit (in the Trinity Court) that, with the help of the appeal of the ex-wife of the football player, he is trying to challenge the marriage contract. The woman points out to Themis that about 10 years ago, when she entered into a contract with Pavel, she was … incompetent. Allegedly, Alana was not aware of her actions, as she was in a position and took medication, and also could not predict that after giving birth she would lose the opportunity to earn money as an individual entrepreneur.
