“I have tried so many different diets, and I came to the conclusion that diets do not work, it’s all wrong. There are only two or three key points that work. I won’t discover America now: you need a good sleep – 8 hours of sleep, sports – the more stable, the more beautiful the figure, and, of course, nutrition. Any diet leads to the fact that a person breaks down, it is impossible to constantly limit yourself. As for the body, I do not do anything with it, except that I train. It’s stretching, three times a week with a personal trainer, and I haven’t eaten meat in over seven years. But this must be approached carefully, because here everything is individual. Some people just need meat. Meat is not good for me. I experimented with my appearance for many years and in the same way I tried various nutrition systems: I excluded meat, connected later, tried the keto diet and Ayurvedic nutrition, even starved for 21 days: I was on the water. This is a cool experiment, I would recommend it to many, but only under the supervision of doctors. I came to the rejection of meat, because my body feels good without it. Just because I’m a vegetarian doesn’t mean I only eat lettuce. It’s not that I deny myself something, if I want meat, I’ll eat it. I’m not drowning for the fact that “my God, they killed this cow.” She was raised to be eaten. I don’t have any leads. I just listen to myself what I want. And my child eats meat and everything he wants – she is not a vegetarian, ”Grachevskaya told MK.
