Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Public Utilities Svetlana Razvorotneva was skeptical about the idea of a uniform time ban on noise. A number of parliamentarians suggested a time from 11 p.m. to 7 p.m. The bill was proposed by one of the opposition parties. The radio reports this “TVNZ”.
“… Each region, and in general, I even think it would be correct if each house could set some of its own variations on when it is possible to make noise and when it is not allowed…” the deputy explained.
She added that the proposed initiative will change little, since there is no special person to implement it who could come and record the noise level.
At the same time, Razvorotneva noted that the bill contains sound proposals. For example, representatives of the management company should participate in the preparation of protocols.
At the same time, it is better for residents to define the boundaries of silence themselves, the deputy concluded.
