The Duma commented on Volochkova’s half-split on a Soviet fighter

First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense Alexey Zhuravlev criticized the behavior of the Russian ballerina Anastasia Volochkova, who published a photo with a half-split on a Soviet La-5 fighter.
Zhuravlev said that such treatment of monuments is disparaging, and suggested that Volochkova “has a very rough idea” of the Great Patriotic War, reports life.ru.
The plane may turn out to be operational, the deputy said, saying that sometimes tanks from pedestals in Donbass “were started and used for their intended purpose.”
