A former prisoner exposed his stepson to the cold and beat him with a rolling pin

For the second month, Natalya L. from Novosibirsk has been fighting for the opportunity to see her three-year-old daughter. The child’s father forcibly moved her to his apartment and does not allow any of her maternal relatives to go there. The woman is concerned about the girl’s condition. After all, before this, the husband regularly tortured the baby, as well as his stepson, Natalya’s 12-year-old son from his first marriage. He beat me with a rolling pin, forced me out into the cold, and forced me to do 200 push-ups. He called this male education.

Natalya met Nikolay (name changed) on a dating site. She recently divorced her first husband and raised her son alone. A handsome and strong man seemed to her to be a good support on the path of life. Even the candidate’s past did not bother him – 8 years in prison for robbing a cash-in-transit vehicle.

– He was supposed to serve 12 years, but he was released on parole. The man was excellent, he looked after me beautifully,” says Natalya.

While dating Nikolai, Natalya maintained a relationship with her first husband. The father visited his son Dima (name changed), brought clothes, and took him to his home. Everything continued until the men quarreled. Nikolai beat and kicked out Natalia’s first husband

“After that, Dima’s father got wound up,” says the woman. – He filed a lawsuit to determine his son’s place of residence so that he could freely see the child. That’s when it all started. Nikolai beat me half to death the first time. Then he crawled on his knees and asked for forgiveness. I forgave.

The woman said that Nikolai himself took up raising his stepson.

– It looked like torture. Dima was only 7 years old. The house was being renovated, and my son was helping. If the son did something wrong, his stepfather would force him to do 200 push-ups. It didn’t work – he hit me on the head. Dima begged for another punishment, I interceded. As a result, the two of us were left out in the cold without clothes,” recalls Natalya.

Despite the quarrels, the couple decided to have a child. The woman was sure that fatherhood would change Nikolai. But, according to the woman, it got even worse.

– After the birth of my daughter, my husband beat me half to death. Although before that he could only just hit or strangle. And he beat me because I dozed off while my son was playing with my daughter. So that no one would see my bruises, he took the keys and did not allow me to leave the house. I told him that I would leave with the children, but he threatened that he would beat my parents, burn down their house…

Natalya recalls a terrible story. After her next statement that she would go to her parents, Nikolai pulled her out of the house, shoved her into the car, then went for a bayonet shovel and pointedly threw her trunk. After which he took the woman to a deserted place, where he began to threaten that he would kill her right now and bury her.

“He poked me in the face with a shovel and dragged me into the nearest bushes. The time was about 10 am. Fortunately, someone’s car appeared there. I managed to attract his attention, after which my husband calmed down,” says Natalya.

The last straw, according to the woman, was another beating of her son. In August of this year, Dima and his stepfather were working on the street, the son again did something wrong, and the man could not contain his emotions.

– He started beating him with a rolling pin. As a result, I broke one rib. And then he also said that he broke his arm on it. I don’t know how it is with him, but I have a certificate about Dima’s fracture,” says Natalya.

Quarrels and torture occurred during Nikolai’s vacation. After waiting for her husband to go to work, Natalya took the children and moved in with her parents. But soon the husband also appeared there.

“He climbed through the window, scared the elderly parents, took the child by force and took him to his home. He has kept her locked up ever since. I know that when he is at work, her 75-year-old mother sits with her. “He won’t let me in,” says the woman.

According to Dmitry Shitov, Natalya’s lawyer, the guardianship and trusteeship service does not see a violation of the law in the man’s actions. Until the trial to determine the place of residence, the child may live with one of the parents.

Now Natalya has filed a lawsuit for divorce and to determine her daughter’s place of residence, and also wrote a statement to the Investigative Committee of Russia. On behalf of Alexander Bastrykin, a pre-trial investigation will be carried out into the beating of Nikolai’s 12-year-old stepson.

As for Natalya’s husband, he denies the fact of violence against his stepson. Nikolai assures that the child’s mother drinks heavily and herself forces her son to do excessive exercises. The man accuses Natalia of alcohol addiction and will insist that his 3-year-old daughter stay with him.

– This is a typical case when spouses, dividing children, throw mud at each other. For all men, the woman drinks and does not raise children. In women, he raises his hand and cheats. The 12-year-old child will be assigned a psychological and psychiatric examination, after which the investigators will draw their conclusions,” lawyer Evgeniy Proskurin explained the situation.
