According to Kommersant, the former first deputy of the FSB Directorate for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, Major General Andrei Lyapkin, was appointed head of the FSB Directorate for the Perm Territory. In this position, he will replace Major General Gennady Anatsky, who can head the FSB Directorate for the Republic of Dagestan.
