The court rejected Inshakov’s billion-dollar claim against Ivleeva after the “naked” party

The Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow rejected the claim against Anastasia Ivleeva for one billion rubles, which was filed by the famous stuntman Alexander Inshakov and 22 other people after the so-called “naked party.”
At the same time, the court returned the claim due to the fact that Ivleeva does not live in Khamovniki and is registered in another subject of the Russian Federation, RT reports.
Previously, Inshakov stated that in his lawsuit he demands that Ivleeva transfer one billion rubles to the State Fund for Supporting Participants of the Defenders of the Fatherland. The plaintiffs also demanded that Ivleeva be prohibited from speaking and hosting events in Russia and filming in advertising, as well as using social networks, until the court’s decision comes into force. The declared amount was supposed to be recovered from Ivleeva as compensation for moral damage.
