The Samara District Court reported on its website that today the petition of the investigation to arrest the defendants in the case of stealing alcohol from the warehouses of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and supplying it for the production of the low-alcohol drink Mister Cider, from which 31 people died and more than a hundred were injured, was granted.
In particular, Artem Hayrapetyan, Dmitry Yegorov and policeman Ivan Grebenkin were sent under arrest.
According to investigators, Dmitry Yegorov with his father Alexei Yegorov, who is wanted, as well as police sergeant Grebenkin, stole six tons of alcohol from the warehouse of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and sold it to Airapetyan, and then resold it to Anar Huseynov, who is the founder of the manufacturing company “Mr. Sidra”.
Huseynov and another happy employees of the company have also been detained.
