In the Urals, a conductor threw a passenger out of a bus because she was unable to get off on her own

In the city of Polevskaya, Sverdlovsk region, a commuter bus conductor forcibly pushed a passenger out of the passenger compartment, who was allegedly drunk and did not smell very good. According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred on route 107, and witnesses recorded the incident on video.

According to footage spread on social networks, a lady conductor dragged a middle-aged passenger who could not stand on her feet to an open door and, using a large amount of profanity, demanded to get up. The passenger did not respond to the order, after which the conductor pushed her, and the woman rolled down the steps and fell onto the snowy sidewalk. The conductor got off the bus and, taking the passenger by the hem of her coat, dragged her along the ground half a meter away from the bus. The woman continued to lie there.

Head of the carrier company Asma Shahmina stated “I learned” that the passenger was drunk, she got seasick during the trip, and then “there was a very foul smell.” According to Shakhmina, at the final stop the conductor asked other passengers to help her throw out a bad-smelling passenger, but everyone refused, and the driver was “old” and physically could not help. Her boss explained the rude behavior of the conductor by the anger that allegedly flared up in the woman because she had to get rid of the unpleasant passenger alone.

“Of course, to carry a woman who, let’s say, peed herself or shit herself…” explained the head of the company. “And that’s how it happened.”

From Shakhmina’s statement it follows that this passenger did not repeat the tragic fate of the domestic cat Twix, whom the Russian Railways conductor threw out of the carriage in the cold in Kirov, despite the paid fare. According to the head of the transport company, the woman is alive and was even able to get to her friend, to whom she was going to the village of Diagon Brod. The manager also assured that they “had a conversation” with the conductor—it was emphasized that she was a professional with 10 years of experience—and asked her to call her superiors next time and call the “duty department.”
