The Moscow company Justcat, which specializes in the production of flexible die-cutting dies, increased sales volumes over the past year by 30% compared to the results of 2022. Die-cutting dies are needed to create shapes from various materials: film, leather, textiles and others. They are used, for example, in printing.
“Moscow has created favorable conditions for the development of small, medium and large enterprises. In addition to a wide range of systemic support measures, investors have access to sales markets and city infrastructure,” said Daria Stepanova, Deputy Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.
She cited the example of a capital manufacturer of flexible die-cutting dies, which in 2023 increased its sales volume by 30% compared to 2022. The company actively uses innovative technologies. Its equipment fleet includes powerful processors, high-precision machines and software. The products are made from specialized steel, which is laser-hardened to increase circulation resistance, as well as for working with various materials. In addition, the company is introducing a special coating necessary to prevent materials from sticking to the surface of the dies.
According to the general director of the company, Sergei Nozhov, thanks to the development of production, development and implementation of technologies, last year the company received Skolkovo resident status.
