The Commission for the Affairs of Minors and the Protection of Their Rights of the administration of the city of Efremov in the Tula region abandoned the claim to restrict the father and mother of 13-year-old Maria Moskaleva in parental rights. The chairman of the commission, Svetlana Davydova, said that the decision was made due to the fact that the girl was taken to her mother.
“As a result, mom is now with Masha. They have a good relationship. Masha started studying again. Thus, today the reasons that were indicated in the lawsuit on the restriction of the rights of parents have been eliminated. The motion to dismiss the claim was sent to the court. We will continue to accompany the family and provide them with comprehensive assistance,” assured Ms. Davydova, whose words are quoted on website Efremov administration.
